1. General Provisions
This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) defines the terms of use of the websites BigTravelChat.com and BigTravelChat.ru (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) and the services presented on it.
By using the Website and submitting any form, you accept the terms of this Agreement.

- Search and booking of travel services (tours, taxis, car and accommodation rentals)
- Consultations and communication with operators via messengers (Telegram, WhatsApp)
- Personal account and publication of user-generated content (reviews, life hacks)
- Access to Telegram groups and automated assistants
The Website is not a travel agency; it serves as an information platform and helps establish contact between the client and the service provider. Final responsibility for the provision of services lies with the partner (driver, guide, accommodation owner, etc.).
3. User Actions
The User undertakes to:
- Provide accurate information when filling out forms and making bookings
- Not post prohibited content that violates the laws of the Russian Federation or other countries
- Not disrupt the normal functioning of the Website
- Not use someone else’s personal data or impersonate another person
4. Personal Data
By submitting any form on the Website, the User consents to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
The User may withdraw consent by sending a request to the email or Telegram specified in the Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
